Qwikx lets you create and save your favorite orders in one place and lets you place orders with a single click or a Text message.
Choose from one of our online ordering enabled restaurants, peruse the menu and select the items you'd like to order with a click. If options are required, e.g. pizza toppings, you'll be prompted to choose them. Once you're through with ordering, click the green "Finish Ordering" button on the left and follow the checkout instructions from there.
When you order from one of our Track Your Order restaurants, you'll receive order updates via text message and through our app. We'll tell you when orders are confirmed, headed out for delivery, ready to be picked up, etc. For some restaurants, we even offer a snazzy map that lets you watch your delivery sail toward your location in real-time. For the text alerts, standard messaging and data rates may apply - reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Maybe. If you placed your order in the last five minutes, you can click here to submit a change request. But fair warning - if the restaurant has already started working on your order, they may not be able to change it. The sooner you can let us know, the better off you'll be.

If your order total was adjusted for any reason, you'll see a separate transaction for the correct amount, and the original charge will be voided and disappear after a few days. And if you entered the wrong zip code or a bad CVV, there's also the possibility of a duplicate charge showing up, but it too will disappear in a matter of days.
Nope. It is free to use Qwikx's service to place phone and online orders. We don't add any fees to the prices charged by our restaurants and delivery services.
We thought this might come up. We charge the restaurant a small fee for each order we provide to them. So if you order 7 times from, say, Hank's Ham Shoppe, they will give us 7 tiny chunks of cash.
Nobody sees any of it. Ever. The information is securely transmitted, and your monthly statement will reflect a charge from Qwikx.
Unfortunately, you can't. Free Order codes are promotional or service credit codes, which are not purchased directly by you, the consumer. Our gift card program is in the middle of being revamped. All previously issued gift cards will still be honored, don't worry.
Free Order codes may be applied to any restaurant that accepts pre-paid orders. During payment, you simply enter the Free Order code.

You'll have to pay the rest with a credit or debit card. The remaining balance may not be paid with cash.
Nope, you can use the remaining balance on any future orders. Just be sure to use the same Free Order code.

Why did you charge me $1?
It's an authorization charge. Long story short, we're asking your bank if your account is real. All charges will drop off in a few days.
